I was always under the impression that even when a work is copyright it can be used under the fair use act. It was my understanding that if it was for educational/hostorical reasons that one had a right to it. I assume that this applies to Radio Spirit's shows. When they are archived and accessed for historical and educational reasons then do they have a right to have them pulled from the public? I think it is out of their hands at that point. These shows represent an era in the US that, although now politically incorrect, is still a part of our history. Does anyone know if this opinion of mine is accurate?
